• 1–2 years of professional kitchen experience (culinary degree or comparable experience welcome).
• Confident knife skills and comfort working a busy line.
• Working knowledge of Department of Health food safety standards.
• Strong organization and a process-oriented mindset.
• Hands-on, team-first attitude — you jump in before anyone has to ask.
