Qualifications

• College/Culinary degree and/or comparable experience in a professional kitchen.
• Desire to work in a creative, passionate kitchen.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Advanced knife handling skills.
• Understanding of Department of Health Food Safety Standards.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food, ensuring the highest standards in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Assemble food and drink orders quickly and accurately.
• Support the kitchen team and ensure each guest leaves satisfied.
• Take on various roles including prep, expediting, and working on the line.
