• Restock food items and kitchen supplies; rotate stock safely.
• Operate cooking equipment (flat grills, char broiler, fryer, slicer).
• Comply with sanitation, safety, personal hygiene and uniform standards.
• Observe proper food preparation and handling techniques.
• Keep the work area neat and clean and maintain equipment.
