Qualifications

• Experience following recipes and procedures.
• Ability to restock and organize cook stations.
• Capable of standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to cross-train across kitchen areas.

Responsibilities

• Observe food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all standards.
• Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
• Put deliveries away and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Assist with cross-training across the restaurant to support growth.
