Job summary

CAVA is hiring a Grill Cook to lead guest experiences by preparing high-quality meals and following established recipes and safety standards. The role requires staying active during shifts and may involve lifting up to 50 pounds, restocking stations, and cross-training across the restaurant to support rapid growth.

As part of a fast-growing brand, you’ll contribute to consistent, mind-blowing meals while upholding sanitation and quality at every step.

Qualifications

• Observe food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all CAVA standards.
• Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
• This role is constantly in motion to deliver mind-blowing meals to our guests.
• Put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned.
• Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth.
• May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Assist with any additional duties assigned.
