Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Grill Cook to lead in delivering exceptional guest experiences by preparing top‑quality food and maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and safety. You will follow recipes, keep grills and stations organized, and support cross-training across the kitchen to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates are able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment while delivering mind‑blowing meals to guests.

Qualifications

• Food safety and sanitation awareness is essential.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to cross-train and assist across stations.

Responsibilities

• Observe food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all CAVA standards.
• Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
• This role is constantly in motion to deliver mind‑blowing meals to our guests.
• Put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned.
• May stand for long periods and cross-train across the restaurant.
