Job summary

CAVA is hiring a Grill Cook to lead guest experiences by preparing top-quality food in a fast-paced environment. You will follow recipes, maintain high sanitation standards, and ensure station readiness throughout your shift.

This role is physically demanding and requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and collaborating with team members to deliver consistent meals for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in grill cooking or kitchen line is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, guest‑facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Observe food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all standards.
• Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
• Assist with deliveries and other duties as assigned.
• Cross-train across roles to support growth.
