Job summary

NEXDINE Worcester is seeking a Grill Cook to join our kitchen team part‑time (Mon–Fri, 8 am–1 pm). You will grill, cook breakfast and lunch to order, and assist the Chef Manager with daily prep and catering orders.

Stock the grill station, plate meals quickly, provide friendly customer service, and help maintain a clean, safe work area. Direct weekly deposits and a generous benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar food service role.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook breakfast and lunch items per order at the grill station.
• Assist Chef Manager with daily tasks and catering orders.
• Stock grill station with essentials for service.
• Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area; operate and sanitize equipment.
• Provide attentive, friendly customer service.

Responsible for preparing and serving breakfast, lunch and/or catering meals. Assists the Chef Manager or Chef with daily tasks and preparation of meals.
