• Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and cafe standards.
• Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation before plates leave the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grill station throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely ticket flow during peak hours.
• Follow all food safety and handling guidelines in compliance with health codes.
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
