Eci-Management is seeking an experienced grill cook to join our campus café kitchen in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare and cook burgers, chicken and breakfast items, while maintaining high quality and speed of service.

Responsibilities include operating grills, setting up the station, following safety procedures, and keeping the area clean. A team-focused attitude and reliability are essential to succeed in this role.

Formación

• Previous grill cook or food service experience preferred.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move food and supplies.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook burgers, chicken, breakfast items, sandwiches, and other grill menu items.
• Operate flat-top grills and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Set up and stock the grill station before service; maintain temperatures and sanitation.
• Restock ingredients and assist with other kitchen duties as needed.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service and communicate with the team to ensure accuracy.

Grill CookWe are looking for an experienced, dependable, and energetic Grill Cook to join our food service team. The Grill Cook will be responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality food while providing fast and friendly service in a busy campus café environment.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PMResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook burgers, chicken, breakfast items, sandwiches, and other grill menu itemsOperate flat-top grills and other commercial kitchen equipment safelyPrepare food according to recipes, portion standards, and customer ordersSet up and stock the grill station before serviceMaintain proper food temperatures and follow food safety proceduresKeep the grill, cooking equipment, and surrounding work area clean and sanitizedRestock ingredients and supplies throughout the shiftFollow proper food handling, labeling, rotation, and storage proceduresCommunicate with team members to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on timeAssist with food preparation and other kitchen duties as neededComplete opening and closing responsibilitiesProvide friendly and professional customer serviceWhat We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in preparing great food, and works well as part of a team.
