Role & Responsibilities

Our Grill Cooks are passionate about preparing high-quality food and creating memorable dining experiences through world-class service and cuisine. Responsibilities include:

  • Delighting Guests with perfectly prepared dishes
  • Preparing food products, including meats, poultry, and seafood, according to recipes and techniques
  • Assisting kitchen team members in food prep
  • Timing and preparing all food to ensure a superior dining experience
  • Being a team player with high attention to detail
  • Having 1-2 years of culinary experience, including grill and cold prep
