Ruth's Chris Steak House in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Grill Cook with a passion for high-quality cuisine and guest service. This role focuses on preparing meats, seafood, and poultry to exact recipes and timing to ensure a memorable dining experience.

You will work with a collaborative kitchen team, assist with food prep, and help deliver the legendary Ruth's Chris standards. Prior grill and cold prep experience is preferred, with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of culinary experience, grill and cold prep preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delight guests with perfectly prepared dishes.
• Prepare food products including meats, poultry, and seafood per recipe.
• Assist side cook and other kitchen staff in food preparation.
