Job summary

Ruth's Chris in Worcester, MA is seeking a dedicated cook to prepare, portion, and cook high-quality dishes for our guests. You will help ensure consistent presentation and flavor while thriving in a fast-paced environment and contributing as a strong team member.

Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $27.00 per hour with benefits including health insurance eligibility after 30 hours/week, 401(k) match, dining discounts, and paid leave programs. This role may be used for Sides or Pantry Cook.
