Position Overview:

The Grill Cook will be responsible for preparing fresh, made-to-order meals, ensuring high-quality standards and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards.
2. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
3. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
4. Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
5. Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality.

Compensation: $17.50 - $18.00 / hour depending on experience + $2-3/hour in tips + MORE BENEFITS!
