Job summary

CVS Health in Oklahoma City seeks an Intake Specialist to review, research, and enter grievance and appeal cases within one business day of receipt. You will monitor call tracking, fax, email, and mail to prioritize requests and ensure accurate processing per state and plan requirements.

This full-time role requires 2+ years in grievances/appeals, solid data entry skills, and strong organizational abilities to support QA collaboration and timely case resolution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making.
• Strong data entry capabilities.
• Experience with grievance and appeals processes.

Responsibilities

• Review, research, and enter grievance and appeal cases within one business day of receipt.
• Monitor intake sources (call tracking, fax, email, mail) and prioritize requests.
• Determine case type and applicable processing requirements based on state, plan, and case type.
• Coordinate with QA and teams; respond to questions and feedback; participate in weekly meetings.
