Qualifications

• Six years of progressively increasing responsibilities in a juvenile rehabilitation/justice or correctional setting.
• Ability to learn and grow; ability to meet others’ needs.
• Demonstrated understanding of restorative justice principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the Grievance Resolution Program.
• Meet with youth to facilitate early resolutions and open communication.
• Review statements and materials related to incidents, including records and communications.
• Provide program data to the Appointing Authority monthly with status and reviewer details.
• Maintain a neutral grievance model with zero bias and ensure timely administrative responses.
• Promote staff awareness and education; serve as a resource for staff on concerns and questions.
