Qualifikationen

• Two years of bereavement counseling experience in an RN, Social Worker, chaplaincy or clinic grief counseling role.
• Current clinical licensure as an RN (BSN) or Social Worker (LCSW), or certification from a nationally recognized chaplaincy or grief counseling program

• Coordinates bereavement programs and events for a facility or service line.
• Educates and trains program staff and volunteers, and community members in grief and loss approaches.
• Provides counseling and psychosocial assessment for grieving families and refers to community agencies.
• Maintains the bereavement database and coordinates communications and events.
• Develops treatment plans with input from clinical teams and prepares reports.
