Ethereum Technologies LLC is seeking a seasoned Project & Test Management professional to lead end-to-end grid systems implementation projects. You will govern testing strategy, coordinate third-party testing, and ensure alignment with schedule, scope, and release objectives.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and cross-functional leadership without hands-on test execution, ensuring regulatory and security alignment across phases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing IT/OT implementation projects.
• Experience in Project Management or Test Management capacity.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and PM practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of grid systems implementation projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource coordination.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and status reporting.
• Maintain RAID logs and manage items through closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and integration partners.
• Facilitate project meetings and decision-making sessions.
• Define and manage the overall testing strategy across multiple phases.
• Oversee creation and approval of test plans, cases, and schedules.
• Govern third-party testing activities and provide governance without hands-on testing.
