Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC is seeking a Manufacturing IT Project Manager to plan, oversee, and document Enterprise Asset Management and calibration software across multiple sites. The role drives GMP/compliance, risk mitigation, and vendor coordination to deliver new functionality.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-site teams, maintain SDLC/Validation standards, and report progress to upper management while managing deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with limited guidance in a matrixed environment.
• Proven skill in guiding and leading teams across multiple sites.
• Strong interpersonal and communications abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience delivering projects in Life Science, GMP, and validation contexts.
• Track record of driving project execution and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and document Enterprise Asset Management and calibration software projects.
• Coordinate multi-site activities to align with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Manage third parties/vendors to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
• Lead risk management, issue resolution, and SDLC/Validation compliance.
• Prepare timelines, status reports, and performance metrics for senior management.
