Qualifications

• 7+ years managing IT/OT implementation projects with at least 3 years in PM or Test Management.
• Experience delivering grid systems or OT platforms (ADMS/DMS/EMS/OMS/GIS).
• Strong SDLC, QA methodologies, and Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of grid systems implementation projects including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and status reporting.
• Maintain RAID and manage items through closure; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Facilitate meetings, issue triage, and decisions; ensure regulatory and security alignment.
• Define and govern testing strategy across functional, integration, regression, and UAT.
• Oversee test plans and schedules created by third-party testers and report progress.
