The Project Engineer - Grid Modeling and Compliance role focuses on power system and equipment modeling to ensure grid code compliance and support renewable projects including wind, solar, and HVDC links.

You'll develop models in PSS/E, PSLF, PSCAD, and ASPEN Oneliner, tune project controllers with OEMs, and coordinate with ISO, utilities, and engineering partners while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of experience performing power system studies (power flow, transient stability, EMT, short-circuit).
• Experience with renewable generation operation, design, and control.

Responsibilities

• Perform grid studies for power electronics and renewable generation systems.
• Develop power system models in PSS/E, PSLF, PSCAD, ASPEN Oneliner and other tools.
• Coordinate with OEMs to tune controllers to meet grid code requirements.
• Support interconnection studies with ISO and utilities; provide engineering analyses and documentation.
