Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced degree or certificate in General Trade, Electronics is highly desirable.
• Graduate of an Apprenticeship program or Control Operator training.
• Must pass SRA Oral & Written Directions Test, PSP System Operator/Dispatcher Test, and Company Job Sample Test.
• Must qualify for Hawaii driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to outages and coordinate with field personnel and stakeholders.
• Monitor and control the distribution system using OT tools and reports.
• Provide real-time outage information and ETA updates to internal teams and customers.
