Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Grid Management Developer and Historian Specialist in Santa Ana, CA to support the Distribution Aveva Pi Historian, enabling near real-time data management, analytics and visualization for the electric grid.

You will translate business needs into operational designs, test plans, and grid analytics, collaborating with IT, engineering and vendors to maintain and enhance the Historian system while ensuring regulatory and cybersecurity compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing, building, implementing, maintaining and supporting complex utility, real-time, or enterprise systems.

Responsabilités

• Provides operations support, troubleshooting, integration testing and user training.
• Monitors and analyzes energy usage data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Supports the testing and implementation of new grid application releases.
• Identifies trends and root causes of issues, determines solutions, and makes recommendations for management consideration.
• Updates, monitors and maintains the reliability of the grid application and related control systems.
