Responsibilities

• Be a trusted technical advisor, resolving customer challenges from start to finish.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to customers based on alert activity.
• Triage and fine-tune security alerts to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data parsing.
• Conduct advanced investigations, including Tier3 incidents.

Skills

Understanding of cybersecurity and IT disciplines

Knowledge of TCP/IP Protocols

Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education
