Position Summary

Greeters make the first great impression on fans as well as controlling the smooth and efficient flow of the restaurant. They create a welcoming experience whether greeting a fan at the door or on the phone. They are also responsible for providing fast service and great hospitality for our To-Go Fans.

Essential Functions

• Maintain a cheerful, courteous disposition and a neat, clean, and professional image.
• Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to each fan, including opening the door whenever possible.
• Answer the phone with the correct greeting within 3 rings.
• Handle take-out and call-in orders, ring orders, package in appropriate containers, educate fans on retail items, and keep greeting stations and retail areas well stocked.
• Ensure an exceptional To-Go experience for every fan, including delivering food to fans in the parking lot as needed.
• Seat fans immediately in a comfortable table or booth, following the Floor Chart.
• Use a wait management system to manage the flow of the restaurant while on a wait.
• Attend to fans with small children by providing Kid’s Packs, highchairs, slings, or boosters as needed, or with other specific requests.
• Check restrooms for cleanliness and supplies every 20 minutes.
• Possess proficient knowledge of the menu.
• Run food from the Expo area and pre-bus tables as needed.
• Bust and clean tables and booths as needed.
• Communicate fan questions or concerns to Coaches as appropriate.
• Balance cash drawer as needed.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures throughout the shift.
• Complete opening, shift change, and closing checklists, as well as weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Perform other duties as needed per Coach request.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Good communication skills, friendly and people-oriented.

• Possess basic math skills.
• Able to operate POS system for transactions.

Qualification Standards

• Stand 100% of the shift.
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and wiping.
• Able to deliver food, beverages, and clear tables, which may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
