Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers energetically and provide a friendly shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting products and escort them to merchandise locations.
• Maintain knowledge of store merchandise to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Drive sales through engagement and suggestive selling; upsell merchandise when appropriate.
• Operate the register and POS system; handle cash transactions accurately.
• Document sales by updating customer profile records as needed.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and properly stocked; assist with stock organization and inventory.
• Alert management to potential security issues and unusual activity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
