Job summary

Hemingways Tavern in Melbourne, FL is seeking a part-time Greeter/Host. You will be the first and last friendly face guests see, welcoming them warmly and guiding them to seating while maintaining a smooth flow during peak hours.

No prior experience? Training is provided. You will learn the menu basics, assist with beverages, and help maintain a clean, organized dining room to ensure a great guest experience.

Greeter/Host – Job Summary

At Hemingway's Tavern, our Greeters/Hosts are the first smile our Guests see and the last friendly face they remember. If you enjoy meeting new people, staying organized, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, this is the perfect opportunity to join our team.

As a Greeter/Host, you'll play an important role in ensuring every guest has an exceptional dining experience by providing warm hospitality from the moment they arrive until they head home. No experience? No problem! We'll provide the training you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every Guest with a warm, friendly greeting and a genuine smile

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8-hour shifts
• Ability to move throughout the restaurant efficiently during busy service periods
• Ability to assist with light lifting and carrying as needed
