What Our Greeters/Desk Attendants Do

• Set the tone for guests, providing a welcoming experience
• Manage the waitlist and track availability of lanes, shoes, and equipment
• Prepare for leagues and ring sales at the counter, following cash procedures
• Notify mechanics of malfunctions and log issues
• Assist guests with basic bowling instructions
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system

What It Takes

• HS Diploma or equivalent, restaurant/hospitality experience (optional)
• Proven success in school or previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet minimum age requirements by state law to serve alcohol
