Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Greeter at its Consolidated Rental Car Facility in Hanover, MD. You will greet customers, guide them to the Emerald Aisle, and help with vehicle selection and rental process efficiency.

The role emphasizes friendly, proactive service, coordination with shuttle and detailing teams, and ensuring a smooth, quick experience for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service experience in the last 5 years.
• Must have a valid US driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check including driving record as described.

Responsibilities

• Work proactively with shuttlers, auto detailers, return agents and managers to ensure proper vehicle supply.
• Welcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot.
• Direct customers to exit booth and provide directions and maps as applicable.
• Assist members with questions to minimize counter visits.
• Communicate customer service issues to management.
• Maintain Emerald Aisle for cleanliness and provide upgraded vehicles on request.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.

The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Greeter.The Greeter will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. Responsible for greeting and fulfilling club member needs in a friendly efficient environment as they relate to the Emerald Aisle rental process. Provide member with appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Aisle program guidelines. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assist in making all transactions quick and efficient.

Pay: The starting compensation for this job is $18 / hr.

• Any hours worked between 10PM-7AM are eligible for $1.00 shift differential.

• 7:00am - 3:30pm Thursday - Monday (Tuesday/Wednesday off)

• Assist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits
• Communicate customer service issues to management
• Ensure that hangtag information is completed correctly
• Maintain clean low mileage fleet mix requirements
• Maintain Emerald Aisle for cleanliness
• Thank member for their business
• Provide upgraded vehicles on request
• Perform other customer service related duties in addition to those listed, to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service experiencein the last 5 years, preferably in a retail or restaurant setting
• Must have a valid US driver's license for at least 1 year
• Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI’s or DWI’s on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the shift/schedules:
