Greenway Ford is seeking a dedicated Shop Cleaner to join our fast-paced, high-volume Service team.

This role is critical to ensuring every vehicle is returned to our guests in pristine condition and that our shop remains safe, organized, and professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough detailing of vehicles following service repairs, including washing, vacuuming, buffing, waxing, and interior cleaning.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and cleanliness meet Greenway’s standards of Extreme Satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop areas, bays, and common spaces to support a safe and efficient work environment.
• Dispose of debris and shop waste in accordance with environmental and safety guidelines.
• Assist service technicians and staff with moving vehicles as needed.
• Monitor and maintain supplies for detailing and cleaning, notifying leadership when inventory is low.
• Support the team with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in detailing or cleaning preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
