Job summary

Wild Wing Cafe in Greenville is seeking friendly Servers to join our team. You will take orders, deliver food and drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Open Interviews are held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2 PM to 4 PM at the store. Prior customer service experience and strong communication are preferred. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift trays. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner.
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner.
• Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
