Job summary

Open Interviews are held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2 PM to 4 PM at the store. Candidates should have customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle payments accurately with a POS system.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
• Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
