Job summary

Wild Wing Cafe in Greenville is seeking friendly Servers to join our dining team. You will greet guests, take orders, deliver meals, and ensure guest satisfaction from start to finish.

Open Interviews are held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2 PM to 4 PM at the store. Bring Form I-9 if we move forward. Prior customer service experience and strong communication are favored.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
• Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
