Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality is seeking a full-time groundskeeper to maintain the golf course turf and landscape at our Colorado property. The role involves grading turf, applying fertilizer, mowing, and assisting with the sprinkler system, sod installation, and turf maintenance.

You will also be responsible for tree and shrub trimming, tool operation, and supporting a safe outdoor work environment in variable weather. Employment includes a full benefits package and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs frequently.
• No education required; 1 month of golf course or landscape maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
• Must be able to perform repetitive physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Grade new turf areas and maintain playing condition; apply fertilizer and mow rough and fairway areas.
• Cut turf and assist with sprinkler head system, lay sod, dig and rake ground; grade and clean traps; plant and trim trees and shrubs.
• Use hand tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, weed-eaters, backpack blowers, golf maintenance carts, rakes and shovels).
