Job summary

Invited is seeking a Greenskeeper to maintain the golf course turf and landscapes, ensuring optimal playability and aesthetic appeal. You will perform mowing, irrigation, fertilizing, and landscape tasks across greens, fairways, tees, roughs, and clubhouse surroundings.

You will monitor turf health, apply treatments as directed, and operate equipment safely. This role requires outdoor work, physical stamina, and adherence to safety guidelines in a premier club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in landscape or grounds maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of turf management and safety guidelines is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, fairways, tees, and roughs to maintain proper height and playability.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides according to the agronomy plan and safety guidelines.
• Water turf areas as needed and adjust irrigation systems for optimal moisture.
• Monitor turf conditions and address pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
• Safely operate powered equipment such as mowers, aerators, and sprayers.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Maintain landscaping around the clubhouse including flowerbeds, shrubs, and trees.
• Trim and prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Prepare soil beds, lay sod, and plant new vegetation as directed.
• Keep course areas free of debris including pathways, bunkers, and water hazards.
