Job summary

Founders Group Mcc is seeking a groundskeeper at Litchfield - Pawleys Island, SC to maintain all areas of the golf course and assist in daily setup for play. Position requires outdoor work, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Shifts run early morning, with weekend availability expected.

Applicants should be prepared for varying weather conditions and be able to work as part of a team to ensure high-quality course conditions and safe operation of equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Flexible schedule with weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all aspects of property grounds and set up for daily play.
• Mow tees, collars, fairways, rough, greens (walking or riding mower).
• Spread pine straw and mulch; spray weeds.
• Blow clippings and debris; keep areas clean and safe.
• Promote a positive team environment across departments.
• Complete duties in a timely manner and adapt to priorities.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Job Location: Litchfield - Pawleys Island, SC 29585

Salary Range: $15.00 Hourly

Hours 5:45 AM-3:00PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to use designated tools and/or equipment as directed by supervisor, using strict safety rules and guidelines as outlined below.


• Maintain all aspects of property grounds.


• Maintain bunkers, mow tees, collars, approaches, fairways, rough, greens (walking or riding greens mower only).


• Blow clippings and debris.


• Set up golf course for daily play.


• Spread pine straw and mulch, spray weeds.


• Promote a positive working environment and relationship with all team members in all departments and divisions.


• Additional duties as deemed necessary.


• Must be able to perform tasks in an acceptable time frame.


• Must work well with others in a team environment and have a positive attitude.


• Must be able to work a flexible schedule with a minimum of 10 hours per week, including weekends.

QualificationsSafety Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Actively demonstrate, encourage, and model safety rules and guidelines in accordance with state and federal law, using personal protective equipment as required.


• Report safety or hazard concerns to management immediately.

Qualification- Requirements Experience - Education
