Belfair in Bluffton, SC, is seeking a Full-Time Greenskeeper to maintain our championship golf courses and surrounding grounds, ensuring pristine playability and guest experience. The ideal candidate has prior golf course maintenance or groundskeeping experience, is able to work early mornings in various weather, and holds a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Previous golf course maintenance or groundskeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain playing surfaces and surrounding landscaping.
• Mow, edge, trim, rake, and remove debris.
• Assist with irrigation system operation and monitoring.
• Ensure bunkers are groomed and shaped for playability.
• Safely operate turf maintenance equipment.
• Identify and report turf or course issues to supervision.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Participate in daily team assignments and course setup.
• Maintain consistent attendance for early schedules.
