Job summary

Belfair, a premier private golf community in Bluffton, SC, seeks a Full-Time Outside Golf Services Attendant to join its Golf Operations team. You will greet members, prepare carts, maintain facilities, and help deliver exceptional hospitality outdoors as an ambassador for Belfair and Troon.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour. Belfair is managed by Troon, the world’s largest professional club management company, offering a range of benefits and career opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members and guests from arrival to departure.
• Greet members and guests at the bag drop and assist with loading golf bags onto carts.
• Stage golf carts for daily play and ensure they are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
• Provide directions and information regarding the golf shop, first tee, driving range, and other club amenities.
• Collect, transport, and replenish range balls throughout the day.
• Operate the range picker to retrieve golf balls from the practice facility.
• Wash, clean, and prepare golf carts after each use.
• Return carts to the cart barn and safely connect charging equipment when applicable.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of all outside golf operations.
• Support all golf course policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
