Job summary

Charbonneau Golf Club in Wilsonville, OR is seeking a part-time Greenskeeper to maintain the course and enhance member experiences. As an associate of Troon, you’ll support landscape tasks and course setup while growing knowledge of golf club operations.

Compensation is $18.00 per hour with healthcare, retirement benefits, and other terms governed by company policies. Driver's license required and attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• One month of related experience or training.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general landscape maintenance using handheld equipment.
• Rake and maintain sand bunkers.
• Operate small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing.
• Prepare soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material.
• Assist with tasks related to course detail including weed and debris clean up.
• Assist with golf course set-up procedures.
• Operate utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Perform skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).
• Operate equipment safely and remain aware of associates and their respective work areas.

We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general landscape maintenance using handheld equipment
• Rake and maintain sand bunkers
• Operate small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing
• Prepare soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material
• Assist with tasks related to course detail including weed and debris clean up
• Assist with golf course set-up procedures
• Operate utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris
• Perform skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.)
• Operate equipment safely and remain aware of associates and their respective work areas
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
• Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• One month of related experience or training
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Regular and reliable attendance
