Job summary

Silver Creek Valley Country Club, located in San Jose, CA, is seeking a full-time Greenskeeper to contribute to a positive experience for members and guests while growing knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will join a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay is $20.00-$21.00 per hour with a Mon–Fri schedule and every other weekend; duties include bunker maintenance, mowing, soil prep, course setup, and safe operation of equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred; willing to train.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material.
• Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up).
• Assists with golf course set-up procedures.
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).
• Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas.

Silver Creek Valley Country Club, located in San Jose, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Greenskeeper! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay Rate:

$20.00-$21.00 per hour.

Schedule:

• Monday thru Friday and working every other weekend.
• 6 A.M. - 2:30 P.M. on weekdays
• 5:30 A.M. - finish golf course setup on weekends

Key Responsibilities:
