The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a Greenskeeper to support daily golf course maintenance at the Horseshoe Bay property. This on-site, full-time position focuses on keeping greens, tees, and fairways in top condition and ensuring safe operation of maintenance equipment.

Applicants should be 18+, hold a Texas driver’s license, and be capable of teamwork and physical outdoor work. HS diploma preferred; training and advancement opportunities available.

Formación

• Valid Texas driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively on a team.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping or groundskeeping preferred.

• Operate mowers, trimmers, and other equipment to maintain greens, tees, fairways, and surrounding areas
• Maintain bunkers, cart paths, and landscaping details to established standards
• Perform routine course care, including cleaning debris, repairing divots, and replacing flags and towels
• Monitor and maintain equipment, including fuel levels and basic upkeep; report issues promptly
• Assist with course projects such as soil preparation, sod installation, and seeding
• Follow all safety procedures and work collaboratively with the Agronomy team

Position Overview

The Greenskeeper supports daily golf course maintenance to ensure high-quality playing conditions. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and take pride in maintaining landscapes to professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate mowers, trimmers, and other equipment to maintain greens, tees, fairways, and surrounding areas

Jardinero (Greenskeeper)

Salario: $16.50 por hora

Resumen del puesto

Responsabilidades
