Job summary

Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a Greenskeeper to support daily golf course maintenance and uphold high-quality playing conditions. This entry-level, on-site role suits individuals who enjoy outdoor work and take pride in landscape presentation.

You will operate mowing and landscaping equipment, assist with soil prep and seeding, and work with the Agronomy team to ensure safe, efficient course operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively on a team.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping or groundskeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate mowers, trimmers, and other equipment to maintain greens, tees, fairways, and surrounding areas.
• Maintain bunkers, cart paths, and landscaping details to established standards.
• Perform routine course care, including cleaning debris, repairing divots, and replacing flags and towels.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, including fuel levels and basic upkeep; report issues promptly.
• Assist with course projects such as soil preparation, sod installation, and seeding.
• Follow all safety procedures and work collaboratively with the Agronomy team.
