Job summary

Royce Brook Golf Club in Hillsborough, NJ, is seeking a friendly Part-Time greenskeeper to join Troon’s global hospitality team. You’ll help maintain greens, bunkers, and landscaped areas, supporting daily course setup and safety.

No prior experience required? One month of related training is acceptable; a valid driver’s license is required. This on-site role offers learning opportunities, flexible hours, and benefits as you contribute to a premier golf resort.

Qualifications

• One month of related experience or training.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Performs general landscape maintenance using handheld equipment.
• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming, and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed, and vegetative material.
• Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris cleanup).
• Assists with golf course set-up procedures.
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).
• Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their respective work areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Royce Brook Golf Club, located in Hillsborough, NJ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Greenskeeper! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs general landscape maintenance using handheld equipment
