Job summary

Monarch Beach Golf Links in Dana Point, CA, is seeking a full-time Guest Service Attendant to enhance the guest experience while expanding knowledge of golf club operations. As a Troon associate, you join a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay rate is $18.25 - $20.00 per hour with benefits including healthcare and a 401(k) match for eligible employees. This is a full-time on-site position at a premier resort community.

Responsibilities

• Performs general landscape maintenance using handheld equipment.
• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material.
• Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up).
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

Pay Rate:
$18.25 - 20.00 per hour
