BrightFarms is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Macon, GA greenhouse to supervise day-to-day operations, schedule production, and lead hourly workers. You will ensure efficient workflow, safety, and adherence to production goals in a high-tech, climate-controlled facility.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in food production, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Excellent teamwork and accountability to KPIs are required for this LEAN operation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience directly working in food production.
• Proficiency with computer operations and programs such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong decision-making and troubleshooting skills and methods are essential.

Responsibilities

• The Production Supervisor will manage day-to-day operations and organize workflow of the greenhouse production area by assigning schedules and leading hourly staff.
• Allocate resources to minimize downtime and ensure scheduled activities are completed.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant greenhouse facilities and monitor food safety logs.
