• Partner with engineers and vendors to implement process improvements and automation.
• Collect and analyze data to spot trends and opportunities for improvements.
• Lead process-improvement projects from concept to implementation with ROI planning.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and food compliance; align with policies.
• Maintain records of changes and performance outcomes.
