Job summary

Little Leaf Farms, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support operational and mechanical maintenance across our facility. The role involves hands-on work with specialized systems to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness in a dynamic environment.

Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a consistent schedule. Prior knowledge in industrial maintenance or plumbing is a plus; willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school diploma preferred.
• Experience in industrial maintenance or plumbing helpful.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Able to work in greenhouse conditions and heat.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Paint facility piping systems as required.
• Maintain GPS mechanical drive system parts focusing on Germination box and Grow Field.
• Clean fogging nozzles to ensure proper misting functionality.
• Clean light fixtures and overhead equipment to maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain gutters and drainage; sanitize when necessary.
• Replace and clean irrigation drippers to ensure water delivery.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of insect netting.
• Repair damaged gutters.
• Apply chalk to roof when needed.
• Wash facility windows to maintain visibility and hygiene.
• Adapt to throughput-driven pace and changing environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
