Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operational Management, in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10 years of leadership experience including budgeting and P&L management may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all departments to align with goals and budget.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term operational objectives.
• Introduce processes, technologies, and systems to improve efficiency and resource use.
• Manage budgets for greenhouse operations and ensure cost-effective practices.
• Provide weekly KPI reporting and timely budget/forecast updates.
• Collaborate with HRBP to recruit, maintain staffing levels and manage staff relations.
• Lead by fostering a positive, collaborative work environment and communicating policy.
