Job summary

Ascend Wellness Holdings seeks a Fertigation Technician to ensure optimal plant nutrition and hydration by accurately mixing and applying nutrient solutions and monitoring irrigation systems. Duties include data collection and troubleshooting within the fertigation system, all in line with SOPs and IDOA regulations.

The role runs 7:00 am–5:30 pm Friday through Monday with a pay rate of $21.58 per hour. The candidate will work with the Cultivation team to identify issues, calibrate meters, and

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a Registered Agent Card.
• Basic math skills to manage nutrient ratios.
• Ability to abide by safe chemical handling protocols.
• Willingness to wear PPE and follow sanitation and biosecurity rules.

Responsibilities

• Data collection and entry related to environment, irrigation readings, and runoff.
• Assess plant health and hydration needs and irrigation data.
• Fertilizer mixing and pH adjusting for nutrient solutions.
• Irrigation system monitoring, calibration and troubleshooting with EC and pH meters.
• Identify and report signs of stress, nutrient deficiencies, pests, or diseases.
• Collaborate with Cultivation Leadership and IPM to resolve issues.
