Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring a Fertigation Technician to support irrigation and fertigation across the grow. You’ll work with the Fertigation Supervisor and cultivation staff to ensure proper nutrient delivery and system operation.

The role requires horticulture or related experience, strong attention to detail, and ability to work weekends and overtime. Competitive benefits and full-time commitments are offered in a dynamic cannabis environment.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Background in agricultural or green industry preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Experience with irrigation systems and hydroponic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Check and balance EC & pH of stock tanks per SOPs.
• Maintain irrigation and fertigation equipment in good condition.
• Calibrate nutrient testing instruments regularly.
• Record nutrient use meticulously and manage inventory.
• Collaborate with grow team to execute irrigation plans.
• Respond to system alarms and troubleshoot issues quickly.
